California Lemon Cake

My lemon cake is made with fresh California lemon zest and a perfect option for a summer snack or as a lighter dessert after a heavy meal. The sweet, moist, lemony cake pairs perfectly with either a creamy vanilla buttercream (on my cupcakes) or a tart lemon glaze (on my bundts).
